• The school has the right to refuse clients.

• All work is performed by supervised students

• Only clients receiving services will be allowed on the clinic floor.

• Exceptions are as follows:
Children needing adult supervision during the service.
Physically challenged clients who may require assistance.

• Children not receiving services must remain in the reception area and be supervised.

• Please be on time: A no show is when a client is 10 minutes past their appointment time.

NO SHOES—NO SHIRT—NO SERVICE

• any product purchased, may not be brought back in and used for a future service

• Requests will not be made based on accumulative hours.

• If you are dissatisfied with a chemical service you must return with-in 3 working days of your appointment and have it
examined by an instructor.

• NO CASH REFUNDS: Only credit is issued within 7 days of Service.

• Appointments can be made ahead of time, and are Strongly Suggested during the busy season.
